What do you guys/gals do with your LEGOs now?

It just occurred to me that LEGOs are awesome but I just have the,m in buckets now. Did anybody build something and then keep it as a momento or something?

I kind of wish I did.

I lost the instructions, as well as a few vital pieces, so now when I pull them out, I cobble something together. It's always a vehicle, thought. All my larger sets were vehicles. The smaller sets were miniscule things.

I sadly no longer have any of my Legos. I gave them to my cousin and who know what happened to them afterward. I never had those sets though.

Sometimes when I get bored I get out my Lego bricks and try to build a tube station.

Last time I touched a LEGO piece was a decade or so ago.

I am allergic.

That's really unfortunate Legend. I hope that your medication helps ease the pain of your fun allergy.

Anyway when I made things with LEGOs I would personally trend towards aircraft because.... because.

Make it as tall as possible

That was my only goal, from what I can recall. I would combine several LEGO collections and just keep adding pieces over each other. I was so creative.

My LEGOs are all in my garage. ...I think.

As I say this though my cousin is still huge on LEGOs and he likes to do castles/fortresses and that sort of thing.

*shrugs*

I've never had enough LEGOs to build castles and whatnot. I mostly stuck to houses and vehicles. If they (my LEGO people) were lucky they got furniture too, like, a table and a bed and maybe a chair.

I haven't used Legos in a while actually. I used to use them to make little houses for my dolls. But after a while I kind of got bored of them. I never had the patience to sit around all day and build big castles and such. I don't think I could even manage it back then, and I probably still can't now.

Plus, I'm trying to stay away from Legos because I kept stepping on them when I was younger. It was really annoying. Every time I thought I cleaned up everything, there would always be this little piece that I wouldn't see, and I would end up stepping on it. And it hurt a lot..

I only really played with Lego when I went to my grandma's house, she had boxes of the stuff from when my uncle was little and me, my brother and my cousin would play for hours.

We'd always end up making a make shift city, which only ever consisted of a few buildings and some headless lego men because we couldn't find the heads, and then we'd make some planes and stuff that would crash into the city and destroy it ahh memories.

We still have a full box of them in our storage area...I haven't touched them since 6th grade...but like Koneko, I enjoyed building cities with them also. In the later years I become intrigued with WWII, so my friends and I used to always make little 5 inch tanks out of them.
