Short background: Both of his parents died mysteriously when he was just two years old. He lives with foster parents now. He is not very open to new friends, but for the people who are his friends, he would die to protect.
Description:He has a lot of experience with computers, but is not as good with them as Jeremy is. He also knows martial arts.

You did forget a thing or two. You have to copy-paste the base stats of your class, an assassin in this case, and then add some points to them. You can put four more points into any of the primary stats, and six into any of the secondary ones. For an example about how a character profile looks, you can click on one of the already existing characters.

I listed the changes, but I also made then in the actual list. Also, I think the range needs to be changed to short range, which is just past melee. That would be realistic, right?

You gained a level and with that +2 handle device.

In addition, you get two new points for primary stats and four for secondary stats.

No, editting has been disabled in character creation, because otherwise everyone would be able to cheat. In order to add them, you just post where you'd like to have them and I'll add them for you.

Quick question. You mentioned spell power. What's that?
I see it in my stats, it's 0 of course. Would it be worth upgrading?

Upgrading it a little will help increase the frost damage you deal with your weapon, and it might be used in the future for certain items or skills. I wouldn't update it too high if I were you, since you'll mostly rely on strength, inventory, agility etc as an assassin, but it's your call.

The exact use of spell power is how strong your magic abilities are. Say you have 2 spell power, if you'd hit with your whip you'd deal d2+2 slash damage + d2 + 1 frost damage. (the first d2 is your strength, the second your spellpower. The first two is the bonus damage from your whip, the one is the bonus frost damage from your whip)

A weapon release is a special ability/skill/effect your weapon has, very strong, but with some kind of cost or a high cooldown. While a weapon ability is passive and always working, you choose when to activate the weapon release, which is active.

How about an electricity attack? It has a high chance to do a lot of damage to an opponent. I don't know what the downside of it would be.

Do you think that's a decent release?
