The Great Code Lyoko Art Collaboration 2012

Some of you might know that I've started this collab thing on dA and Tumblr, it's not a collab in the sense of multiple people working on one picture, rather multiple people doing their own pictures all based on one theme.

I know most people here are writers but it's worth a shot XD You can join at any time, any skill level. It's pretty much just to bring the community together a little, as unorganised as I'm making it :S

So yeah, if you're interested the brief is here and the rules are here. If you know anyone who might be interested feel free to spread the word, it'd be great having a lot of people working on it.

I've already reblogged this over on my CL tumblr and I see my url is on the list of signer-uppers, which is super.

So... just posting here again to say this is a really cool idea. I'm not sure who I'll draw yet, probably someone a little different than the usual William, Sissi, etc. (maybe Jim since I do his ask blog )

It'd be interesting to see someone do the tiddlywinks lady actually, but I don't know how you could get her to fit the theme XD

Oh my goshhhh, IMAGINE IT QUEEN. It would be so glorious, a world of tiddlywinks ladies. I know that wasn't what you were thinking of but psshhh, whatever. The only thing I can do with art is copying (that's how I've fooled people into thinking that I don't utterly stink at art, hah), but if I stare at a picture of the tiddlywinks lady long enough, maybe I can figure out how to draw her strangling Jeremie or something.

but first, I need to check the rules to figure out what's even allowed and what's supposed to happen/what is the theme, and then find copious amounts of time so I can copy to my heart's content
