Random Facts 2014

RF: That's what I was thinking! Might as well catch up on as much sleep as possible. I seriously slept for probably ten hours yesterday. It was lovely and refreshing.

RF: I need to find out what to wear to a social tonight.

RF: I LOVE COFFEE.

RF:  It hasn't been February for some days now...

RF: I believe we decided to not start a new GF or GC every month, didn't we?

RF: I'm drinking Kahlua...and I have class in about an hour or so...then I'm going shopping for a social tonight.

RF: I'm listening to my Twiztid Pandora station.

RF: I'll change the name to just Random Facts, if that's ok since i'm doing the same with GC??
RF: I found a tumblr blog with translated noragami chapters up to 23  yay
RF: I have too much homework this week omg ;-;

RF: I almost got an underage citation last night.

RF: I slept in a really comfy sleeping bag last night.

RF: I wish I could just stay inside, but I have class.

RF: Comfy sleeping bags are rare…I’ve never slept in one & felt truly comfortable...

RF: okay i haven't been on here in months
RF: it's good to be back though
RF: but i don't think i'll be staying long since i have a ton of assignments to do soon :/

RF: I'm giving myself coontails tonight I think.

RF: I feel you on the tons of assignments. I'm quite free though because all my mid terms are done! I'm heading home tomorrow.

RF: GLAD TO SEE YAH JULES!!!

RF: I haven't been here in a few months either :/ 

RF: School really needs to chill out with all the assignments.

RF: we got our exam timetables this week and the grand total comes to 25 exams....there are other people who only have like 6 ;-;
RF: worst thing is extension biology and further maths are on at the same time so we have to sit them one after the other without leaving the hall
RF; aaaaaah but rn I'm feeling pretty good since I've actually been productive today uwu

Woohoo! sitting around at the end of a day and thinking "wow I was very productive actually" is one of the best feelings

RF: I don't see the appeal of excessive drinking, especially to the point of blacking out.
RF: I got tipsy once. I didn't like it. Fortunately I didn't say or do anything too stupid. But still. Never again.

RF: Where did that come from, Snicks? Hahah 

RF: I have had blacking out periods but I've never forgotten an entire night. The reason I almost got a citation was ridiculous because you can't really tell when I'm drunk. Apparently I just smelled like alcohol. I was like...and?

RF: I watched Catching Fire tonight

*sigh* You Europeaners.....

RF: drinking age in the U.S. is 21.....unfortunately.

RF: I honestly believe having this really high drinking age makes people more likely to be less responsible with alcohol, rather than the intended purpose.

RF: Statistically, most European nations with a low drinking age show less irresponsible drinking because children learn how to moderate it at a young age.

RF: In the US, kids learn how to sneak it at a young age, so the opposite of what they want to happen happens.

RF: I thought the drinking age was because of research that shows that our minds are still developing until we get to our early 20s?

RF: Where I am, the cops do not care much about the drinking age. They just want to make sure you aren't being obnoxious. Which...I never am...

RF: I agree, I think the attitude of parents helps too, like my parents are perfectly happy for me to drink as long as they know about it, but I have friends who's parents are stricter and they're the ones who usually go overboard when they do get the chance to drink.

RF: I also really don't get people who go out for the purpose of getting so drunk they forget everything like if you're going to get all dressed up and go out and spend all that money to have a good time with people then wouldn't it be better if you remembered it??

RF: The age at which your brain finishes developing is 26, so the excuse about brain development is complete bull that is only there so people think it's for a good reason.

RF: Did you know in the U.S., there's an anti drug and alcohol abuse course called D.A.R.E. that everyone is required to take in the 4th grade......but never again.

RF: Hell, EVERYONE is going to be like "oh no, drugs are bad and drinking is too" IN THE 4TH GRADE! These courses need to be given later, like in your teen years, and they need to be designed to scare the living F*** out of the people who would try it.

RF: I took D.A.R.E!

RF: I also took DARE, but I think I was in sixth grade at the time…which is still pretty young…
