How do you guys get into writing mode? I only ever have a few random passing ideas anymore, and I can't seem to make the words come.

I haven't been writing much these days outside of school papers, my dream log, and character profiles (on which I ultimately spend waaaaay too much time).

Need to pass my permutations test Friday.

Procrastinating here is not helping.

One thing I’ve learned is that forcing words out is generally not a good idea (unless it’s a school paper with a deadline). Try to develop your idea in whatever way you want, & if the words aren’t flowing, just come back to it at a later time or move on to a new idea.

I've been watching TV for a while now. Perhaps I ought to rewatch CL. Maybe that'll get the juices flowing.

All finished with classes for the summer so I might pick up a second job until the fall. I need all the money I can get for next snowboarding season!

I banned a porno bot today, that was fun.

I got a C, so now I have to work my ass off senior year to balance it out to get back to a 3.8 GPA.

Well... just found out I'm pregnant. I'm somewhere between 3-5 weeks. Got my first doc appointment June 4th. I'm excited and scared...

Thanks Stella and Snickie. I am 7 weeks and 1 day today.  I'm very excited. My doctor has been helping me with everything.

I’m glad you’re feeling ok! A friend of mine had a kid a few years ago, so I know that it can be a whirlwind of emotions…

I wonder what happened to Atlas. That XL reboot just really went kaput.

God I miss this place. Asylums and straight jackets, role plays and arcade games, writing challenges and drabble competitions...

I'm in the middle of college applications. The essays are a challenge even for writers like me because they put a MAX on the words.

I want to go to a private college, so they have all these awful introspective questions I have to answer.

College this semester has been so stressful. I've been drowning but I've also been slitting my neck and I think some of those slits are finally starting to become gills.
